Most students take key skills in Numeracy, Communications and Information Technology either as part of the course or as an extra qualification.

The college has libraries and learning centres on both sites which are free to college students and which you can use to get help with assignments. You can use computers and access the Internet in these centres.

If you need help with childcare please contact the Student Guidance Centre and ask about the Heather Martin Nursery.

If you have dyslexia or problems with your sight, hearing or mobility let us know and we will arrange extra support for you.

The Student Guidance Centre can give you advice about careers, other courses and information about help with the costs of coming to college. There is a college counsellor to help if you have any personal problems.
